What you see in Console may not necessarily get written to disk. These entries are removed after only a few minutes (less than 5 minutes in my experience).
Toggling permissions back and forth I can see the same entries I might see on macOS, however notice the ‘Volatile’ column for these entries are set to a ‘1’ – meaning they are not being written to disk.
